A funny, charming and remarkeable realization creation of a giant:

The game of small and large in Gullivers Travels was inscenated by using a Live Camera projecting Gulliver on a screen, making his projected picture gigantic compared to the accompagning real actors on the same stage. On the one side there is the miniature world: the technical island, where Gulliver is acting into the live camera. At the other side we see the "normal" world of the Liliputs. Every experience and contact with the giant Gulliver is communicated by the screen next to the Liliputs: they just acting with the projection of Gulliver. Noteworthy was the difficulty for the actors, at one side Liliputs acting with a screen and for Gulliver acting solely into the live camera.

Carmen is one of the most performed operas of the musical theatre. This production was made at the DNT in Weimar, directed by R.Holzapfel, video arranged and produces by Bahadir Hamdemir.

In the 3rd act carmen is banned by the purgatory of love ... the purgatory was realized as a 720p stream projected from the stage roof, inscened perfectly with MXWendler undistortion and softedges.

New in this production: since there was no physical access to the video server, the video was controlled using a common iPhone connecting through Wireless LAN. It was possible to control video play/stop, set speeds and fade in/out.

..findet sich Carmen im 3.Akt gebannt im Fegefeuer der Liebe … genauer in einem 720p HD Feuer Loop von der Portalbrücke (8m Höhe) aus … mit MXWendlers entzerrt und mit weichen Kanten versehen - perfekt in szene gesetzt.

In dieser Produktion kam das i34 osc/udp/midi to mxw control zum Einsatz: bequem MXW über das iPhone fernsteuern. sehr dankbar da der zugang zum Medienserver nur ueber eine schmale Wendeltreppe bei U-Bootbeleuchtung möglich war. Steuerbar waren medien .. stop.. play .. speed .. frame crop filter .. fade in und fade out Zeiten.
