If you already have a capable computer system, you can download and install the Stage Designer software. You need a laptop or desktop system at least with
- Windows XP or Vista/7 ( recommended )
- Mac OS X 10.6 or 10.7
- Dedicated graphics board
The graphics boards should be dedicated, not shared memory model. We develop on and recommend NVidia, ATI is possible, too. If you have questions, do not hesitate to ask at the forum.
Please note that the Stage Designer software allows up to 2 Video outputs. Additional functionality in licenseable per feature. These features are available:
- Playlist
- Playlist. Playout of videos and images in a sequence with specified blend modes and blend times. Very important for theatres.
- Keystone 2
- Full output correction: 8-point cubic, domeprojection.com capable, correction animation, circles and concave horizons, coloring, masking, reordering, vertical stacking ... very important for all output systems, be it projections or LED elements.
- Virtual Cam Larger 320
- Recording of the compositing result
in sizes larger 320x240 inside the hostsystem.
Important for IP Broadcasting, Streaming and
Recording.
- Output SXGA / Output 2 SXGA
- Output on one/two projectors up to 2560x1024.
- DMX Support
- Control via DMX or e:cue Programmer.
- 10 Layers / 20 Layers
- Up to 10 or 20 Layers for your compositings.
- ASIO Audio
- ASIO Multichannel audio output. The stage Designer can deliver audio to up to 64 channels. It is possible to route individual clips audio tracks ( stereo or 5.1 ) to individual audio channels.
