Barco e2 Screen Management
The E2 presentation systems set a new benchmark for screen management by offering superior image quality, outstanding input and output density, expandability and durability.
It supports native 4K input and output and is the only screen management system on the market that can manage 4K projector blending at refresh rates of up to 60 Hz with 4:4:4 color sampling and 12-bit processing.
The truly versatile system offers eight mixable PGM outputs and four scaled AUX outputs for complete control with a single box. Multiple E2s can be linked together to handle extremely large pixel images supporting the largest displays available.
Playing with the media server
In combination with our media server, the result is a perfect team. While the media output is controlled by an operator via the Barco console, the media content is transmitted and played back by the media server via a network connection.
This allows events and shows to be easily controlled via Barco Screen Management while the content is played back from the media server.
Events and functions
With the Barco e2 Screen Management in conjunction with our media server, for example, corporate events with complex media sequences can be controlled. The input and output boards can be used with all the media content required for an event.
For example, a presentation can be played on a screen in combination with media content, a live video of a speaker can be played enlarged on a screen while the presentation is displayed visually at the same time and many other conceivable scenarios can be realized. Our media server serves as a media player, which is controlled via the network connection and plays the content, controlled via the Barco e2 Screen Management.
