Conception and support for tenders

Is my exhibition space or event building suitable for an immersive room? What technology do I actually need, what media content can I play and how bright or dark does it actually have to be for ideal projections in my room? We not only answer all questions concerning your project, but also support you at an early stage in the conception, planning and practical implementation.

If you wish, we can support you in participating in tenders and communicate directly with you as an agency, room planner, museum or event organizer in order to implement your project with the greatest possible success.

If you wish, we will accompany your project individually from the planning stage through consulting to technical and content-related implementation - because every project is unique and therefore requires individual planning and consulting.

 

Content

Every project requires a unique conception and planning of media content. The first step is to clarify the content and objectives. Should the projection mapping visualize complex processes, convey exciting background information or provide a proper wow effect in the context of a show? There are no limits to your imagination.

Static photos and computer graphics are just as suitable for projections as animations and videos. Visual elements are adapted to the content and purpose of the action. Length and scope are based on the desired messages.

Thanks to our many years of experience in this field, we can create content in-house or draw on a large catalog of artists who can implement content requests as needed.

Here, too, we offer assistance with the conception, create content ourselves or mediate between client and artists in order to create precisely fitting media content for your project.

 

Implementation and installation

After the planning of your project, we start with the implementation and installation of the technical components. Depending on the projection surface, the conditions of the building or object and the content requirements, the number of projectors required, for example, varies.

Thanks to new, bright beamer generations, darkened rooms or specially installed screens are no longer necessary - your existing room or building surfaces can be covered by video mapping. If possible, the projection technology is installed inconspicuously and hidden, so that the projection can be well integrated into the existing infrastructure on site. To protect the installed technology from vandalism or weather, there are various options for setting up the installation, for example with beamer towers or lockable boxes in which the projectors are installed in a mobile and uncomplicated manner.

The planning and implementation of the video mapping "made by MXWendler" is characterized by our exact knowledge of projection surfaces, projection conditions, lighting conditions, licensing issues and adaptation of the projection content.

On request, we install and commission the technical components on site and play out the content with our media server hardware and software.

Technology

Each project requires its own technical components, depending on the project size and content requirements. In addition to technical consulting, we also supply all the necessary technical components to realize your project.

Our media server hardware and software serves as the technical basis, linking technical components and playing out media. Manuel or as a fully automated playlist through our software, for which we offer free training on a regular basis or which is operated or programmed by us for you on site.

Due to rapid technical developments in projection technology in recent years, the use of the latest beamer generations allows maintenance-free, energy-saving playback of projectors for up to 20,000 hours.
