Privacy
This website uses neither tracking nor tracking cookies and offers no user accounts. A cookie is set only on the contact page (see Contact). When you visit, the web server processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser) in server log files, which are deleted after a short time. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Fonts
The typeface IBM Plex Sans is served locally from our own server. No connections to Google Fonts or other font services are made.
Shop
The shop page embeds the online shop of the provider Ecwid (Lightspeed). When the shop page is opened, your IP address and technical browser data are transmitted to Ecwid; for orders, Ecwid's privacy policy also applies. No other page loads Ecwid content.
Contact
When you open the contact page, this website sets a technically necessary session cookie. It protects the form against abusive submissions, contains no personal data, is not used to analyse your behaviour and is deleted when you close your browser. It requires no consent (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG).
The details from the contact form (e-mail address, subject, message) are transmitted to our server, stored there and forwarded to us as an e-mail via our own mail server. We process them exclusively to handle your enquiry and delete them once the enquiry is closed and no statutory retention obligations apply. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for general enquiries. The same applies to enquiries you send us directly by e-mail.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Please contact contact@mxwendler.net.
