Trade fairs, brand spaces and showrooms

A fair week forgives no reboot. The media server plays the stand's LED wall, projection and displays from one device, runs the loop on a schedule and mixes in live cameras for talks. Buy the system for the showroom or rent it with an operator for the fair.

Brand spaces, showrooms, retail

After the fair the system stays: as a showroom panorama, as a product presentation in the store or as a brand space that starts itself every morning.

Stage and screen management

Talks, product demos, live images

On the stand stage the server mixes live cameras with slides, graphics and captions. For large corporate stages it feeds the media to a Barco E2 or Eventmaster desk; a wiki tutorial shows how the Eventmaster triggers cues in StageDesigner. Streamdeck, tablet or lighting desk control the show via OSC, MIDI and DMX.

Frequently asked

Media servers at the trade fair

Can I rent a server just for the fair week?

Yes. We rent GastspielServer, FXServer and StageDesigner licences for days or weeks, with an operator for set-up, fair days and dismantling if you wish. Rental is credited on a later purchase.

How quickly is the system up?

The project is prepared at our place before the fair. On site the outputs are connected, the mapping fine-tuned and the schedule checked: usually under an hour for a stand with LED wall and projection.

Does the content loop run automatically?

Yes. The schedule starts the loop at the fair opening, changes content at fixed times and shuts down in the evening. After a power cut the server restarts automatically and loads the project.

Does the server work with our screen management?

Yes. The server feeds media to Barco E2, Eventmaster and other switchers over SDI or HDMI. Cues can be triggered from the desk, a Streamdeck or the lighting console via OSC, MIDI and DMX.

What happens to the system after the fair?

Purchased systems move to the showroom or the next stand; the project keeps running unchanged. Rental systems we collect. Content and mapping stay saved for the next fair.
